AFL launches India's first retail chain

AFL, provider of integrated supply chain services in India, has launched AFL TouchWorld, India's first 'Convenience Services' retail chain. The various services offered at this store include forex, money transfer, international telephony, international and domestic courier, travel insurance and e-ticketing all under one roof.

The AFL TouchWorld store and will offer high levels of customer service in a professional atmosphere. The AFL TouchWorld brand will primarily focus on People of Indian Origin (PIO) travelling to India, their relatives in India, Indians travelling abroad and foreign nationals travelling to India who would be able to avail the services offered at the store.

AFL has set up the first TouchWorld store near Regal cinema in Colaba, Mumbai and plans to open 20 more outlets in major cities and towns by next year. Leading service brands such as Western Union, Air Deccan, and Phonewala will offer their products at the TouchWorld store. The chain will also appoint franchisees and these outlets will be titled TouchWorld Express.
