Jet Starts Daily Flights From Chennai To Singapore

Jet Airways has commenced non-stop daily flights between Chennai and Singapore from December 7, 2005. The flight 9W016 departs from Chennai at 10.20 am and lands in Singapore at 5.10 pm. The return flight, 9W 015 departs from Singapore at 11.30 hours and lands in Chennai at 1.10 pm. The airline is operating a Boeing 737-800 aircraft with a configuration of 16 seats in Club Premier (Business Class) and 124 seats in Economy Class on this sector. Jet Airways is offering an inaugural Economy Class return fare of Rs 12,000.

With a seat pitch of 58" in the enhanced Club Premiere Class, the Boeing 737-800 aircraft offers an international experience with a wide choice of in-flight entertainment and gourmet meals. Meals are lavish and passengers can enjoy a choice of French wines and liquors. Choice of French wines and liquor, comfortable seating, in-flight audio-video, and brewed coffee will also be available in the Economy class. JP members will be able to reap enhanced benefits till January 15, 2006, including accrual of additional JPMiles, over the standard accrual, based on the class of travel.
