Classic Collection

Frazer and Haws, have launched their all-new collection of fine Faux accessories which include chic scarves and brooches. The collection comprises of silk scarves in a medley of vivid hues with a clever interplay of colours and patterns. Specially dyed by a national award wining master craftsman from Rajasthan, each scarf comes packed in its own elegant envelope priced at Rs. 650. Priced at Rs. 2,885, the brooch from the collection is handcrafted with the finest quality baguette cubic zirconia and 92.5 % sterling silver. The collection is available at Frazer and Haws, Bandra, Mumbai.

 


Silhoutte 9

Samsonite recently launched its new luggage line called Silhoutte 9 with a built-in Transport Security Administration (TSA) lock. This new line aimed at international travellers takes care of new security restrictions at US airports. The US has enacted a law empowering its custom and immigration authorities (called Transport Security Administration-TSA) to break open any suspicious baggage. With a built-in TSA lock the passenger can lock the luggage securing his belongings while the TSA officials need not break the lock as they can open it with an overriding key. The new range available in two sizes of Uprights and one size of suitcase can be picked up at select Travel World outlets.


HUMMER for Men

Cosmos Brands International along with Riviera Concepts Inc. Canada has introduced a new non-traditional fragrance for men called HUMMER in India. The fragrance is housed in clear bottle whose design reflects the silhoutte of a vehicle. Cardamom, Thyme and Peppercorns capture the essence of outdoors while leather, Patchouli Amber and Sandalwood give the rugged and masculine adrenaline rush. Named after the popular off-road Hummer vehicle, the perfume is priced at Rs. 2,450 (125 ml) and Rs. 1,850 (75 ml) and is available at La Galleria in Mumbai, New Delhi and Hyderabad. It is also available at select malls and retail outlets like Phoenix Mills, Inorbit and Shoppers Stop in these cities.


Safari DICOR

Tata Motors Ltd. recently launched a new range of its premium SUV Tata Safari with a new look and equipped with an indigenously developed Direct Injection Common Rail (DICOR) engine. Latest in diesel technology, the safari DICOR has a power output of 115PS at 3000 rpm with a torque of 300 Nm at 1600-2000 rpm. Available in 4x2 and 4x4 version, the Safari DICOR, priced between Rs. 7.98 lakhs and Rs. 13 lakhs (ex-showroom Mumbai) sports a host of safety, luxury and comfort features like Anti-locking Braking System (ABS), Blaunpunkt DVD/MP3 player with dual LCD screens, a mobile/laptop port for rear passengers etc. Available in seven colours-Light Gold, Arizona Blue, Quartz Black, Arctic Silver, Passion Red, Arctic White and River Rock Green, Safari DICOR is available through 131 dealerships across the country.
