Kingfisher Airlines Starts Delhi-Bangalore Flights

Kingfisher Airlines, which commenced services on May 9, 2005 with flights on the Mumbai-Bangalore route, have now launched flights on the Delhi-Bangalore sector. The airline began operating two flights daily on this sector from June 9, with Kingfisher Funtime fare of Rs. 4, 999 plus airport tax of Rs. 221 for a one way ticket. Kingfisher flight IT 201 takes off from Delhi at 6.30 a.m. and arrives in Bangalore at 9.00 a.m. Flight IT 205 from Delhi takes off at 5.40 p.m. and lands in Bangalore at 8.10 p.m. Flights from Bangalore IT 202 and IT 206 take off at 10.00 a.m. and 8.55 p.m. respectively and land in Delhi at 12.30 p.m. and 11.25 p.m. The airline is operating a brand new A 320-200 with 174 seats in a single class configuration - K Class The airline will shortly have three flights a day on the Delhi-Bangalore sector.
