Foto Talk

Philips India Limited has launched Philips 535, an integrated camera phone with Foto Talk for college students and young professionals. The stylish handset weighing just 95 grams can click pictures in sepia, black and white and colour formats. It can store up to 100 images and one can also record sound or voice and send it via MMS. Available in brilliant colour finish of Red Lens, Blue Focus, Black Fire and Black Motion, the phone is priced at Rs 11,490.

 


Longines Evidenza

Swiss watch manufacturer, Longines has introduced its Evidenza range in India. The new collection (men and ladies watches) draws inspiration from the 1920's, combining tradition with latest technology and is equipped with quartz movement. Priced at Rs 44,500 onwards, and made from polished steel or 18K yellow or pink gold with details like domed, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal fitted with a silver or black dial, the collection is available in 36 showrooms across the country.

 


Sweet Dreams

Lounge wear from Sweet Dreams, a brand of Grace Group of Companies, is a collection ranging from shorts, pajamas, track pants to nighties largely made from super combed cotton in knit and woven. It comes in soothing colours like baby pinks, sky blues and lemon yellows for women and stripes and checks for men. Chappals, coffee mugs and matching pouches are paired with the outfits. A lounge wear set for men costs Rs 599 onwards and Rs 499 for women. It is available at all leading stores.

 


Ethnic Elegance

The influence of ethnic African cultures permeates the range of crystal objects in the summer 2004 'Ethnic Elegance Style' collection of trendy home interiors by Swarovski. Animal prints, natural materials including wood, hemp and roughly knitted linen mark the range of home accessories like baby elephant (Rs 8,045), baby giraffe (Rs 12,695), colona candle holders (Rs 10,845 to Rs 13,045), corunna crystal shell (Rs 8,445) etc.

 


Road Rage

Hindustan Motors has launched a new range of Lancer comprising of Premium, Privilege, Elegant and Sports for the discerning mid-size premium car customers. Premium range has two models LX 1.51 (petrol) and LX 2 ltrs (diesel) with a price tag of Rs 7.55 lakhs and Rs 8.54 lakhs respectively. XL, the Privilege range is available in 1.51 (petrol) for Rs 8.56 lakhs,

2 ltrs (diesel) for Rs 9.81 lakhs and 1.8 (man-o-matic) for Rs 9.47 lakhs. Elegant range has two models 2 ltrs (diesel) and 1.8 (man-o-matic) priced at Rs 10.20 lakhs and Rs 10.39 lakhs while the SFX 1.81 INVECS model in the Sports range is available for Rs 10.20 lakhs. All prices are ex-showroom Mumbai.


Celebration Time

Louis Vuitton, celebrating 150 years of craftsmanship and lineage, has launched Damier Geant, a new range of lightweight and ultra-sturdy state-of-the art smart bags. The range comprises of nine models in two colours, earth and sand. The new offering is a significant innovation with the use of thermo compression techniques.
