Readers' Response
Bust Stress
Dear Sir:
The April issue cover story on stress busting
techniques which corporate executives employ was interesting
reading. To the person who is working in a pressure cooker
environment, day in day out, stress is a killer. Though there
are ways to somehow manage it by using techniques like yoga,
I believe that the only way you can be rid of it is by changing
one's approach to life and its aims. Our focus, which is currently
to gather and to surmount, must shift to existing for the
moment, without consideration for the fruits of our labour.
Much like what the Bhagvad Gita says.

Places To Go
Dear Sir:
I am a reader of your magazine which comes
along with the Financial Express. I usually look out for the
destination articles and feel that you don't have enough of
these. Also, I feel that you are restricting yourselves too
much to Asia, Europe and US. I am sure there will be many
interested in reading about South American destinations like
Rio De Janeiro or about African countries like Nigeria. Why,
even an article about the Arctic Circle would make for very
riveting stuff. You must feature a wider spread of destinations.
