InterContinental Launches India Toll-Free Number

InterContinental Hotels Group has launched a new toll free number providing telephone reservation service to its customers in India. The India toll-free number, 1600-111-000 allows customers to make phone bookings for 3,500 hotels around the world. This dedicated service is available to customers in 92 cities in India. Customers can call in from Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm and on Saturday from 9am to 2pm. Designed to make the process of booking a room faster, simpler and more convenient, the service staff manning the toll free number are fluent in English and Hindi. Currently, InterContinental Hotels Group's India portfolio includes six InterContinentals, one Crowne Plaza & eight Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts.
