Germany
As per a recent notification from the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany
- New Delhi, with immediate effect, application for a German visa has to be
applied personally by client himself. Travel agents will be allowed to submit
passports only for those clients who have been previously issued a one year
multiple entry or more in the past by the German Embassy. All other cases have
to be now applied in person.
Thailand
As per a recent notification from the Royal Thai Embassy - New
Delhi, with immediate effect the applicant should have US$ endorsed in the passport
or copy of international credit card at the time of applying for business /
tourist visa to Thailand.
New requirements are as follows:-
- Return air ticket.
- Passport valid for six months.
- Two recent photographs.
- US$ must be endorsed in the passport / credit card copy.
Switzerland
As per recent notification from Embassy of Switzerland- New Delhi,
with effect from January 1, 2004, the visa fee will be non refundable irrespective
of the visa being declined or withdrawn.
Visa fee will be as follows:
Visa fee Rs 1,900
Visa fee (two year) Rs 3,800
Visa fee (three year) Rs 5,700
