Six Senses In Imperial

Six Senses Spas have been selected by The Imperial, New Delhi, to develop a Six Senses Spa to compliment the hotel.

The Six Senses Spa will be sited in the garden grounds of the hotel, and will incorporate an area of approximately 2,500 square metres. The 11 treatment rooms will include a suite especially designed for traditional wedding preparations and for honeymooners. Also included are two Ayurveda rooms.

The interiors feature arches and vaulted ceilings conceived with simple clean lines and highlighted with touches of Mogul design reminiscent of the region’s glorious heritage. Architectural ingenuity has provided for abundant daylight to enter through cleverly positioned skylights. Together with state of the art construction and water features, a serene ambience will be created from which it will be impossible for guests to imagine that they are just a few steps from the centre of the city.

The treatments offered at the Six Senses Spa will be comprehensive, ranging from traditional eastern and western techniques encompassing holistic wellness, to scrubs and wraps, a head to toe beauty salon for the ladies and a barber shop for gentlemen.

A state of the art gym will compliment the spa and will be open around the clock for guests of The Imperial and invited club members. A multipurpose area will be adaptable for meditation, and activities such as tai chi, aerobics or a game of squash. A tennis court will be incorporated into the complex.
