‘Embassy Of Greece - New Delhi’, has revised the visa requirement as follows:

Business visa requirements:

• Valid passport
• Visa application form duly filled in (photocopy can be used)
• Photograph
• Covering letter from the company stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
• Invitation fax directly to the Embassy from Greece with copy to the embassy.
• Hotel confirmation
• Confirmed air ticket
• Medical insurance for the stay duration
• Foreign exchange duly endorsed/copy of credit card
• Applicants have to provide their personal income tax papers
• Bank statement for last six months
• Personal contact number of each passenger is mandatory

Fee: Rs 1,795 (approval fee - non refundable), Rs 51 (visa fee) payable in cash.

Time taken: Two-three days. Submission only on Mon/Wed/Fri, collection can be facilitated on every working day.

‘Embassy Of Switzerland - New Delhi’, has revised the visa requirement as follows:

• Passport which has to be valid at least for three months beyond the stay in Switzerland
• Copy of the passport (pages: one, two and the last page)
• Visa application form duly completed and signed by the applicant
• One passport size photograph of the applicant
• Return air ticket to India
• Invitation by the Swiss firm with/without financial responsibilities has to be sent to the Embassy directly.

Proof of business: Correspondence, shipping papers, invoices etc.
Fee: Up to one year Rs 1,400 (adult), Rs 700 (children)

As per a recent notification from the ‘New Zealand High Commission - New Delhi’, with effect from July 1, 2003, the revised visa fee is as follows:

• Visitor Visa: Rs 3,600
• Work/Student Visa: Rs 6,000
• Transit Visa/Returning Resident’s Visa: Rs 4,800
• Residence Visa - Family Quota: Rs 33,900
• Residence Visa - All Other Categories: Rs 36,000
• Transfer Of Label From Old Ppt To New Ppt: Rs 3,000

Fee will be accepted by demand draft in favour of ‘New Zealand Immigration Service’ payable at New Delhi.
