Co-travellers Wanted

Dear Sir,
Recently, I travelled with my family to Kashmir and have decided to go there again in mid April 2004. I have collected information about houseboat owners, taxi operators, hotels tariffs at Gulmarg, Pahelgam, Sonmarg etc. I am looking for two couples or four to five individuals between 35 to 50 years who wish to travel to Kashmir. Readers interested in joining me can email at bharat_gandhi6@hotmail.com.

Pretentious

Dear Sir,
With a cover reading “Forex Simplified’ (July issue) under an assertion of being a feBusiness Traveller, smacks of a neo-economics overkill. On a lesser critical note, the edition is mercifully unrepresentative of its frontal. It’s broad, it’s hip, it offers heart-saving consultancy that prompts me to ease on my tipple but compounds my dilemma, giving me a lowdown on happening nightspots all over.

Jambo Kenya

Dear Sir,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for the contest prize – the trip I won for Kenya. The trip was just perfect and I appreciate it very much. The country was very beautiful and the people were really nice and helpful. The safari was amazing. With your support, the trip was a great success. Once again I extend my sincere thanks.
A little note just to say Your gift made my day. It is exactly what I need You did a very special deed. So thank you from the bottom of my heart In making me feel well you did your part.

Why Ekta is special

Dear Sir,
I immensely enjoyed reading ‘Small Screen’s Big Star’, the profile of Ekta Kapoor in your July issue. The interesting thing about Ekta is that, despite having a ‘star’ father, the medium she chose to get into was not the silver screen but the idiot box. Though, there are many who say that she has turned television into a playground of trite sentiments, I think the fact that there is an audience, means that she is a star.
