• Valid passport
• Visitor visa application form duly filled in (photocopy can be used)
• Family information sheet duly filled in (with full date of birth)
• 1 photograph
• Covering letter from the company stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of the visit
• Invitation from New Zealand
• Foreign exchange duly endorsed/ copy of credit card
• I/Tax papers for last three years
• Bank statement for last three months

Health Requirements: Nil.
Fee: Rs 2,200 payable by D/D favouring ‘New Zealand Immigration Service’ - New Delhi.
