Visa Documents For Business Travellers

• Valid passport
• 1 Visa Application form 456 duly filled in (photocopy can be used)
• 1 photograph
• Covering letter from the company stating applicant’s name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
• Invitation from Australia
• Foreign exchange duly endorsed/ copy of credit card

In case of first time traveller to Australia, following additional documents are required:

• Copy of correspondence with business corporate
• Previous business transaction with Australia or evidence of any fixed appointments
• Income Tax returns for past three years
• Company bank statement for past three months
• Brief company profile

Health Requirements: Medical insurance for stay duration for passenger’s above 65 years.

Fee: Rs 1,600 payable by draft drawn in favour of ‘Australian High Commission - New Delhi’ or ‘The Australian Consulate General - Mumbai’.
